Sears selected Zemoga to work with them in developing a sales tool intended to guide the users to find the best products, even in the absence of any technical or practical knowledge about the products themselves.
The tool that the team created is based on a set of questions that lead the users to a conscious and educated selection of the products they need. Based on the initial project, which was intended to help users buy a TV set, Sears continued to develop the same concept for most of the technical product lines.
I was in charge of executing the prototypes and directing, defining and designing the interaction for most of the "Finders".
